Let me introduce the Dominion “National Team”
We begin with highly skilled lift truck operators, some of whom specialize in the warehouse management of certain products or companies. The majority floats free to answer the call whenever they’re needed.
They are quarterbacked by seven lead hands, four warehouse managers and three senior operations managers.
The information to start their adrenalin flowing comes from a large group of client services reps (CSR’s), which is dedicated to each client’s individual needs.
This group is managed by client services managers and a national client services manager.
Add to this team the responsible and capable people in ISO, Information Technology, Transportation, Sales and Marketing and Finance and you are served by a dedicated group of quality conscious team members.
All of the above are provided further incentive by an executive group of Vice Presidents and Bob Dineen, the President & General Manager.
