We devised and implemented an emergency rescue plan that saw after-hours Dominion personnel move the client’s entire inventory (over 100 truckloads) to our Toronto distribution centre over the course of a single weekend. The rescue included the mapping and integration of information systems and the training of customer service and operations personnel.
